This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the installation, funding, and execution of roofing and solar projects under our program. By engaging in our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Authorized Installers

MK Best Roofing is designated as a Master Elite GAF Installer, responsible for all roofing-related services, including inspections, repairs, and installations, in compliance with GAF’s quality standards.
Kamtech Solar Solutions is our authorized solar installer, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of solar energy systems.

Program Eligibility & Funding

Eligibility for roofing and solar installation is subject to multiple factors, including homeownership status, roof condition, and geographic location.
This program may be funded through government tax rebates and state incentives, requiring $0 down. Payment may be provided as cash upon job completion or as a tax credit.
Program terms, incentives, and available rebates are subject to change without notice.

Workmanship & Warranty

Mk Best Roofing guarantees roofing installation in accordance with GAF’s Master Elite standards, which may include extended warranties where applicable.
Kamtech Solar Solutions ensures that solar installations meet industry standards and comply with local and state regulations. Any manufacturer warranties or service warranties provided will be detailed in the installation agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Projected savings from solar installations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Individual results may vary.
Our company, MK Best Roofing, and Kamtech Solar Solutions shall not be held liable for any delays or unforeseen circumstances affecting the installation timeline due to weather, permitting, or regulatory approvals.
